This User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between URG Infotech Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and you, the user (“User”, “you”). By accessing or using the JAMSFINTECH.COM platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Platform solely for personal or business purposes, such as conducting transactions, managing your financial portfolio, and interacting with financial services provided by the Platform. This license is granted on the condition that you comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines and any other regulations governing financial transactions.
You shall not:
Modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Platform.
Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or violations of anti-fraud and AML regulations.
Access or attempt to access the Platform through unauthorized means, including any unauthorized third-party applications, bots, or automated systems.
Store, transmit, or share any sensitive financial data that violates applicable privacy and data protection laws (such as the Personal Data Protection Bill, 2019 in India).
Use the Platform in any manner that disrupts the Platform’s services or the experience of other users.
Share your account information or access credentials with any third party, unless required for transaction completion as per financial regulations.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform, without notice or liability, if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated any of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will cease immediately, and you will be required to cease all use of the Platform. We may also suspend or terminate access to specific features, depending on your compliance with this Agreement and any relevant financial regulations.
You are solely responsible for the protection and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any personal identification information (“Personal Information”). In the event of any unauthorized access to your account or suspected breach of security, you must immediately notify us to protect your account and prevent any potential loss or fraud.
As a user of the Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, and other financial compliance protocols as required by the Indian government, RBI, or other regulatory bodies. You also agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date information for all financial transactions conducted on the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses due to unauthorized transactions, fraud, system downtimes, or other technical failures. We make no guarantee regarding the availability or accuracy of the Platform, and your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in NOIDA, for the resolution of any disputes.
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes to the Agreement will be communicated to users via email or an on-site notification, and the updated Agreement will be posted on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms.
As a fintech platform, we comply with the regulatory requirements set by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), including the implementation of KYC (Know Your Customer) guidelines, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies, and Fraud Prevention measures. Users are required to submit necessary documents to ensure compliance with these guidelines during the account registration process and throughout their use of the Platform.
